All accommodations at Four Seasons feature a balcony or terrace with views of the Red Sea, the garden and the resort. Each room offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The villa includes a private pool with a sun-lounger terrace.

Who can I call if I want to speak to someone?
After arriving at the airport, you’ll have always someone from Luxio Collection Team. Once at the hotel you can ask directly at the hotel any inquiry about the stay and call us or one of our representative, about any other inquiry or request.
How can I know about the member's benefit once at the hotel?

Do I need to be a member to book online?
Yes. Our platform is just for our members and we do not give our service to anybody else. In case you travel with some of your friend make sure their member too.
Can I reserve more than one room at a time when I book online?
Yes. You can book more than one room and for any dates available for all the people you want; just remember: if you book in behalf of somebody else and they're not a member of Luxio Collection yet, you'll be charged by the cost of the extra membership (one Classic Membership each extra adults in the booking) once the administration will work on the reservation with the hotel. Try to be sure that all adults are members before any reservation.
